Gray Muzzle volunteer opportunities come in all shapes and sizes as the Forever Home Program evolves and Residents are admitted. Volunteer Coordinator
The Gray Muzzle Project is adding a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to its growing team of dedicated volunteers. You will be the main voice communicating with all the wonderful people dedicating their time and energy to our organization reporting to Dr. Jamie. We are looking for an independent and self-motivated individual with great organization, communication and computer skills who is able to commit up to 5 hours a week. Gray Muzzle Caretaker Program
The Gray Muzzle Project offers a Caretaker volunteer program for volunteers able to commit a few hours per week to care of our sanctuary dogs. Applications are reviewed frequently and new volunteers are added periodically based on current need. If interested please fill out an application and a team member will respond to you soon
Do you have a passion for animals and a heart for helping? We’re excited to announce the launch of our Animal Caretaker Volunteer Position at the sanctuary!
We’re building a team of dedicated and passionate volunteers to assist with the day-to-day care of our beloved animals. From feeding and grooming to cleaning and enrichment, your support will make a real difference in their lives.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience working or volunteering with animals, but we welcome all enthusiastic and caring individuals to apply!

Join the Gray Muzzle Project Board and help guide the organization as we move forward.
Seeking a Board Member for GMP specializing in a variety of skill sets including, but not limited to: fundraising (donor relations + sponsorship programming), community outreach, and logistics. More details may be found here.

New - Gray Muzzle Dog Walkers
Dog walkers will assist with exercise, enrichment, and socialization of sanctuary residents in the afternoons a minimum of 1 time per week ~2 hour shift. Walks are done off-site at a nearby park. If you are interested in becoming a Gray Muzzle Dog Walker, please fill out the Dog Walker Application form.
